Shipping & Delivery
We would love to offer free shipping, but most orders cost us about $10 to ship and we cannot absorb that cost the way Amazon can.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $150.
Orders under $150 ship for a flat $6.95.
Standard shipping orders are sent via USPS or UPS Ground, whichever is the most efficient option for your order.
Orders typically ship the next business day from San Diego, California. Please note that deliveries to the East Coast can take up to 7 business days in transit.
At this time, we ship internationally only to Canada and Japan. For all other international destinations, we recommend using ShopUSA to forward your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Once your return is received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the merchandise only. Shipping fees are an incurred cost and are non refundable.
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or order number.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. We highly recommend purchasing the $1 return shipping label at checkout for easy, worry free returns.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We accept most major credit cards. Applicable sales tax is charged on orders shipped within California.
