Shipping

We would love to offer free shipping, but most orders cost us around $12 to ship and we cannot absorb that full cost the way Amazon can.

Standard shipping is free for all orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $6.95.

Standard shipping will be sent via USPS or UPS Ground. We will select the most efficient and economical method for your order. Most orders ship the next business day from San Diego, California. Deliveries to the East Coast typically take up to 7 business days in transit.

We currently ship within the United States, Canada, and Japan only. For international customers outside those regions we recommend shopusa.com.

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will take care of you.

All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Once we receive your return, a refund will be credited to your original method of payment and typically posts within three business days of processing.

If an item is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we will email you a UPS return label and send a replacement. If the item simply did not work out, you may return it to any of our store locations or ship it back to us at your expense.

We recommend selecting the optional $1 Free Shipping Returns protection at checkout. It covers return shipping if the item does not work out.
